Para Eventos: 

Como planificar un evento:

-Tener una libretica con los telefonos de varias agencias: 

*De Sonido,
*De Bandas.
*De Animadorxs.
*De Seguridad.
*De Transporte.
*De Viveres para la comida.
*De Postres para la comida.
*De Proteinas para la comida.
*De otros servicios para la comida: Panes, Salsas, Etc, dependiendo del tipo de comida, buscar servicios extras.
*De Bebidas artesanales: Cervezas, Te
*De Decoracion
Etc. buscar el tema y sus deribados.

-Planificarlos con tiempo, dos semana, luego una semana para confirmar los datos, comprar si es posible lo que se pueda, lo que no se dañe, y asegurarse de que en la semana del evento todo este en orden.

-Antes del evento, el sonido tiene que estar instalado, con pruebas, sin que interfiera en las plantas ni en la electricidad del local.

*Buscar electricista si es posible.

-Cocina

-La comida, todos los materiales tienen que estar en el lugar, El representante o supervisor tiene que tener la lista de lo necesario, para tenerlo todo a disposicion antes del evento.

*Proteinas
*Carbohidratos
*Fibras
*Dulces
*Salados
*Agua

Ademas de los implementos o herramientas para facilitar la hora de trabajar.

Barra: 

Tener todos los liquores y sus adimentos para el evento o consumo diario.

*Hacer inventario de lo necesario para el evento o dia a dia.
*Abasteserlo, buscar.
*Incentivar a los trabajadores con premios o propina, depende del dia o evento.

-Mantenimiento: Mantener todo el area despejada, limpia y segura. Con sus herramientas o implementos de trabajo.

-Administracion del lugar: Tener toda la informacion de cada area, y mantenerla en el sistema de datos o en sus archivos, diariamente, semana a semana, mes por mes, año por año y ser semanalmente o regularmente, supervisados para dar constancia cada semana, o mes, dependiendo de la intensidad del lugar o de su requerimiento.

Miscelaneos:

-En los eventos o dias llenos, uno como trabajador tiene que mantener la calma y la calidad en el servicio, pues la gente que va al lugar quiere despejarse tambien, y peude que como uno, tambien, este un poco cansado para escuchar o estar junto a otros problemas internos, que poco a poco dañan el lugar. Fisica como mentalmente, y eso en un aspecto negativo que se tiene que mejorar en comunicacion con los afectados. Todos, Pues es una opcion para festejar y pasarla bien. no un karma o penitencia. pero como casa o lugar, se tiene que proteger y aveces uno se equivoca, sin antes refleccionar, para mejorar y progresar, no obstruir o negar, siempre se puede llegar a un acuerdo, entre la entrada y la actitud, pues nadie tiene que insultar, por respuesta adversa al deseo, este mismo que os lleva al rencor, producto interno bruto el truco, pelaste el bonche porque si, era tarde y estaba cerrado.

Lo siento de veras, pero si puedes venir el miercoles a las 730pm, que de seguro estaran las puertas abiertas y mi corazon tambien.

Homeless Shelter App

* Homeless shelter

* A database app for the homeless shelter: The App could have a list of all the people in the shelter and it could ease the entrance for the shelter by having the option to look for the last name and apt#.

-A possible problem could be that everyone can see where a person is located, still, on the physical list, the names, rooms, etc, is written there.

* Emergency app

* A Emergency App for common emergencies and what to do and who to call: it could be a dictionary kind of program with a list of guides that could ease and guide anyone about the emergency.

-for example; someone is having a seizure; in the app someone types 'seizure' and the program gives you different examples, then one clicks on that example and the program gives you the information needed to help. example, call 911, look at the persons state and all that, similar to the same 911 program.

* A Homeless shelter guide and some advises.

-The guide is something needed. In a shelter, some people have to be divided and have to sleep in a different building, because to have a ex-sex offender in a building where kids are is a no-no for me, at least, and they(those ex-cons, sick people) need to be a part from those who have not done anything wrong but just have a difficult economic situation, and the advice is to build a separate place for them(sick people).

-This advice is also nonsense, because no one really cares for them and there is no money and no support, even i don't like to work there, when people need medical attention or very degrees of patience to stand and see how society has left them behind. yet, everyone working in a homeless shelter needs at least 2 weeks of training, on medical attention and security, no one can just go and help them, because it could be counter productive.

* The need of a better, more secure and more family friendly shelter.
where families with a bad economic situation can live there, and have programs to help them find a better place is needed ASAP. in the same place, veterans and those who have not been to jail nor have mental problems and are ok, in the medical sense.

And another building for those who need medical attention, another building for those who are ex-cons, separate building in a facility is the answer to everything i saw.

Ane thing, no, there wont be equality among those divided differently, for example, for those families in very bad economic situations, give them the option to chose among 3 kind of food to eat, and have more freedom in the sense of what to bring and what not to.

Have also a kind of grace period for those which their time is up and are examples.

Have a kind of sterile place for those sick and monitor them so they don't scare people

Have medical attention 24hrs

Have the police near

Give everyone the opportunity to work, instantly.

The opportunity to study, instantly

To have people helping them, instantly, not just a guard and a secretary doing all the work.

Developing habits to becoming a successful firefighter and leader

Firefighter Training Episode 056 of the FirefighterToolbox podcast is about making a consistent and continuous effort to investing in your future in the fire service.

Chief Bobby Halton

Fire Chief Bobby Halton (ret.) is currently Editor In Chief of Fire Engineering Magazine and education director of the Fire Department Instructors Conference (FDIC). Chief Halton began his career in structural firefighting with the Albuquerque Fire Department and rose through the ranks to include chief of training. Bobby was chief of operations until his retirement from Albuquerque in 2004. He then became chief of the Coppell (TX) Fire Department, Bobby left Coppell to assume the duties as editor in chief of Fire Engineering Magazine.

Chief Halton is a graduate of the University of New Mexico, left a member in good standing with the International Association of Fire Fighters, is a member of the International Association of Fire Chiefs, and has served on several of the National Fire Protection Association technical committees. He is active with the National Fallen Firefighters the Congressional Fire Services Institute and the Firefighters Cancer Support Network. He has done extensive speaking and training for the fire service in the United States and internationally.

Capt. Angela Hughes of the Baltimore County Fire Department

Capt. Angela Hughes

Angela Hughes began her experience with the career Fire Service in 1989 as a Paramedic for the Baltimore City Fire Department. She was hired by Baltimore County in 1992 and functioned as a Paramedic, Preceptor/Coach, Firefighter, and Fire Marshal. Hughes’ current rank is Fire Captain assigned to Station 54 in Baltimore County Maryland.

As the co-founder of the Baltimore County Women in the Fire Service she continues to mentor women and currently serves as the President of the International Association of Women in Fire and Emergency Services. Her Committee work includes the USFA Severity of House Fires, FEMA grant reviews, VCOS Diversity and Inclusion, National Fallen Firefighters Tampa 2, NFFF Suicide Symposium and most recently NFPA Needs Assessment Summit.

Captain Hughes has been published in Fire Engineering and has spoken several fire service venues.

Economic Support

Looking at a map from Pakistan, and looking at some pictures from a Christian Foundation, calling everyone to their world, a world were their main religion is other, neglected by their government, most of their people, if not, those who have also betrayed their religion, alone, in between wars and ideological wars, impoverished by their location, in pain. Their world is lost, hunted by criminals, so called crusaders in their own land, terrorist and slavery, class division and collateral war effects, it gives me the perception we, those who spend more of their life wondering the universe, would have to trust some of their funding, in order to give them at least a hundred dollars a month, and family by family, member by member, we could help those in the other world, become our friends and have a bigger, better family of foundations and members...

But then, regardless the logic, one must first see them in their governmental list of foundations.

Create my own website

Website would have:

An Activist Database section
A page with the 100 viewers questions and answers
A science section, yes Science. :)
An educational section
A political section within an own political alternative green and progressive party. Mock and protest.
A technological section
An art section
A local section
A job posting, job training section
A international political and social section
A Entrepreneur section. Tips and ideas.

An so on, so far.

So that said, I am creating a foundation right now, called CieloMima, a non-for profit organization centered in helping children to get their nutrients and education, the community around to be proactive in their children's education and social being, as well as job training and job search, also it would implement its own direct democracy platform when deciding, each month, what topics and issues to target, as well as to target all angles of socio-economical problems, and solve them forming groups within the community. and so on.

This is just me thinking, i would need people who shares the same principle to get this done, and everything, even the name, not the direct democracy platform can be changed to suit the problems or issues.

This idea is a continuation of what my grandmother taught me, and what i saw when i was Occupying, so yes, the occupy movement is giving us, societies, something back in return to all the 'damages' done, by just protesting our problems to a system of intricate rules, so complex and convoluted, the principal issues don't get to the people in charge, problems of this representative democracy, and the solutions waste more than the time needed to fix them as well as the money. such a shame, but that's the world we are living, something this organization is being conceive to fix or change, of course its nature and nurture will decide in time whats gonna be.

In the future I am envisioning our own internet, our own satellites and our own democratic platform. Why? well, we have the tools everywhere, that's why.

but that's just like thinking about going to Mars, we have the capability but not the resources, and that's gonna always be the problem unless there is an industry working for it, so I have also envisioned an industry, where each worker, since it's founded by direct democracy, has the voice to guide it to where the people want. That said, yes it has to have some stages, were there's gonna be a council of managers, a council of supervisors and a council of assistants, as well as the council of maintenance. That ways no one would mess with it unless they work in the industry.

The good thing about the industry is that it give the possibility to grow, as if it works, and that the whole industry workforce decision to do, it could duplicate, and all those Manager could even retire and get the same moneys, the Supervisor could also become manager, the Assistance Supervisor and so on, but that depends in themselves done in each council meetings, and in each monthly meeting. and meetings are finished with vote done with the direct democracy platform.

Of course, this is just wishful thinking, today, but what are ideas, visions if not the reflection of that one is, and if one is what it thinks, then what's the problem of thinking if eventually, someday, something, at least the mildest thing done is pro that idea, that vision one thinks, therefore love.

Love perceived of the connection of one thing after another, and the continuation of something one enjoys doing, and what one is doing is reinforced with passion and if all those elements are for the well being of each community, each locality and it could be sufficient and sustainable, green and progressive, then, at least its just a helpful thinking so far.

One last thing, before jumping the internets and finding how to create a website from scratch, is that, a product done for the benefit of nature, and nature then privatizing it and dividing people for its benefits it's a no-no in this idea, and in the extremes of it, if something was done for that benefit and someone is using it to their own benefit, well, the same forces will be used against them. And that's a topic of whether one wants to resist or being eaten by the neo-colionalist system we all know its in charge of all our business, as some people control the resources and want to keep it like that forever, so be aware of them and operate them without them being able to say no to your work.

Just to save this non-sense copyright mentality, this is all my work, and the work of those who work for it.
